What items come with the rental of the space?

The Gateway provides tables, banquet chairs, and cocktail tables with bookings. Linens are also included in basic white. Colored linens can be accommodated, however pricing will be adjusted with those rentals. Chair coverings can also be accommodated with additional pricing for a more elegant appearance. Ballroom or Ceremony chairs would have to be rented from a separate vendor but staff is dedicated to all occasions taking place and will work to make sure the vision in which the client request is personalized to meet their needs.
